6. User-Generated Content

Users may have the opportunity to submit, post, or otherwise transmit content through the services ("User-Generated Content"). By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant cehibategiyok.mobi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that the content does not violate these Terms or any applicable laws. cehibategiyok.mobi is not responsible for any User-Generated Content and does not endorse any opinion contained in such content.

cehibategiyok.mobi reserves the right to remove or edit any User-Generated Content for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, at our sole discretion. You acknowledge that any User-Generated Content you submit may be publicly displayed and may be viewed by other users and the general public.

7. Payment Terms

Access to certain features of the services may require payment of fees. By using the services, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges associated with your account. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. cehibategiyok.mobi reserves the right to change its fees at any time, with notice to you.

Payments must be made in accordance with the payment terms specified at the time of purchase. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for ensuring that your payment method is valid and up to date. If your payment method fails or your account is past due, we may suspend or terminate your access to the services.

In the event of a dispute regarding any payment, you must notify us in writing within thirty (30) days of the date of the disputed charge. Failure to do so will constitute your waiver of any claim related to the disputed charge.

In no event shall cehibategiyok.mobi's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, cehibategiyok.mobi's liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated by either you or cehibategiyok.mobi. You may terminate these Terms at any time by discontinuing your use of the services and deleting your account. cehibategiyok.mobi may terminate these Terms and your access to the services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the services and destroy any copies of the materials obtained from the services. Any termination of these Terms shall not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to such termination.
